The Find Your People Framework
Grow your confidence. Build Your community.

PHASEÂ 1:
Clear
Your mindset, beliefs, and energy are the foundation of your social self. We’ll guide you through a process for clearing the noise and residue that’s getting in your way, so you can:
- Identify and challenge unhelpful patterns and dynamics.
- Update and upgrade your beliefs and social stories.
- Access a position of openness, compassion, and confidence.
You’ll come away with greater self-awareness, a renewed sense of possibility, and space for something new to grow. You'll feel more clear, confident, and grounded in your authentic self.

PHASEÂ 2:
Align
Here we can focus on what you actually want from your social life. In this phase, you’ll:
- Define the kind of friendships and community that fit you today.
- Map your vision based on your values, needs, and energy — and most importantly, what makes you feel alive and connected.
- Get crystal clear on your goals, and learn a new approach for how to move toward them.
You’ll come away with clarity, direction, a vision that feels both exciting and realistic for your life and season - ultimately, more focused and sustainable social energy,Â

PHASEÂ 3:
Experiment
This is where your intentions meet real life. You’ll:
-
Take small (or big!) social risks that stretch you without overwhelming you.
- Get out and play! Explore, try things out, challenge old identities through trying on new ways of being in the world.Â
- Take inspired action, using curiosity and desire as your compass, and action as your teacher.Â
You’ll come away feeling inspired and enlivened, with clarity about what works for you (and what doesn’t), and confidence in your ability to take aligned action toward the connections you want. You may also spark new relationships or be on your way to deepening the ones you already have.

PHASEÂ 4:
Tend
Deep relationships are built through consistency and care. In this final phase, you’ll:
-
Nurture the relationships, rhythms, and habits that are working.Â
-
Gently prune what’s not serving you.
-
Develop approaches to sustain your social life without burnout or overextension.
You’ll come away with a framework and sustainable practices for tending to your social life, a stronger sense of trust in your own process, and the ability to navigate changes without losing your footing.Â

NICE TO MEET YOU
I'm Kate Kinney —
I’m a relational health coach and licensed therapist. Helping people find their way back into meaningful, sustainable connection is one of my favorite things.
I’ve studied connection and friendship for years because, honestly, it hasn’t always come easily to me. And as a therapist, I’ve seen how one-on-one work reinforced the myth that we have to figure everything out alone. But the reality is that sometimes it’s easier to make friends when you have friends.Â
Having a dedicated space for meaningful connection — with people in your corner — takes the edge off, makes the risks feel lighter, and gives you the encouragement to keep going. And belonging? It grows when we choose to prioritize it, risk showing up, and keep showing up. For ourselves. For the people we care about. For the values that matter to us most.Â
That’s what inspired me to create The Social Reset — a space to move past what gets in the way and begin weaving connection back into everyday life, alongside others who value the same.

"It’s helpful to be in community when thinking about how to expand my own community. Being a part of this group reminded me I’m not the only one who struggles with this, and that connection takes intention. I was able to reflect on friendship in a way I hadn’t before. I’m grateful to have this framework. I feel optimistic — like this is actually attainable now."
-Â Kate L.

"This group helped me realize I was trying to force friendships instead of letting them grow naturally. Now, I’m more focused on nurturing the connections I already have and showing up in ways that invite the kinds of friendships I want. I came away from each session with a clear plan and actionable steps I could actually follow through on."
-Â Grace A.

"This group helped me uncover things I didn’t even know were holding me back. Hearing from others was incredibly valuable, reminded me that I’m not alone, and sparked new ideas for my own journey. I left with a clearer plan, a fresh take on my Bumble BFF bio, and most importantly, a deeper understanding of what I want, what I bring to the table and how to move forward. Because of this group, I’ve started reaching out to friends I’d lost touch with."
